Deaconess

The Deaconess Ministry at Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church (GNHMBC) is dedicated to supporting the spiritual and physical needs of the congregation. These committed women serve alongside the deacons, providing compassionate care and assistance to church members, particularly during times of personal crisis, illness, or bereavement. The Deaconess Ministry plays a vital role in preparing and serving communion, visiting the sick and homebound, and offering prayer and encouragement. Additionally, they mentor and support other women in the church, fostering spiritual growth and leadership.
